Creating an account with Joblu only takes a few minutes! After successfully downloading the app, these steps must be followed:
Step 1 – Register as an applicant or employer
Step 2 – Fill out your login details (Email, First Name, Last Name, Password)
Step 3 – Open your email and click the link to verify your account. Return to Joblu and login using your details.
Step 4 – Post a job, swipe, like, and match with a potential candidate or recruiter!

To change your email address, follow these steps:
Step 1 – Log in to your account and update your email information in the Profile Settings tab or at https://app.joblu.io/profile.
Step 2 – Confirm your new email address by clicking “Save Changes.”
Step 3 – Wait for Joblu to send a confirmation email to the new email address you entered. Be sure to check your spam folder too.
Step 4 – Click the verification link in the confirmation email once you have received it in order to verify the change.
Step 5 – Login as usual with your new email address.
Similar to dating apps, if a recruiter is interested in a job seeker’s profile, they can swipe right to “Like” or swipe up to “Super Like.”
When an employer “super likes” a job seeker, the job seeker will be notified and be allowed to send messages to employers, including a quick pitch on why the employer should hire him/her. Hence, “super like” gives the job seeker a competitive advantage over other users through instant messaging and pitching. Same goes for the super likes for employers.
A match happens when both the recruiter and job seeker swipe right. Joblu will notify the user once a match has been made. As soon as it happens, they can chat directly about the recruitment process.
Forgot your password? Here’s how to reset it:
Step 1 – Go to the login page on Joblu.
Step 2 – Click “Forgot Your Password?” at the bottom of the login box or go to https://app.joblu.io/forgot-password.
Step 3 – Enter your email and Joblu will send you instructions to reset your password.

We truly value each member of our Joblu community and would be sorry to see you leave. If you’ve decided that deleting your account is what’s best for you, we want to make the process as straightforward as possible. Here’s how you can do it:
1. Navigate to your Profile: Log in to your Joblu account on the mobile app and click on your profile icon at the top-right corner of the page.
2. Access Account Management: In the menu, select “Account Management” to view your account settings.
3. Delete Account: Scroll down to find the “Delete Account” option. Click on it to initiate the deletion process.
Please note, deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. You will lose access to all your data, connections, and preferences within Joblu. If you have any content or data you wish to keep, we recommend downloading or saving it before proceeding with account deletion.

Joblu has innovated the job hunting-process by revolutionizing how people employ and become employed. If you’re looking for a job right now, you have various tools at your disposal– from JobReels, to Likes and Superlikes!

Joblu has ensured to include all existing job functions. Nonetheless, the user may choose “Other services” for better results. With that said, Joblu would like to emphasize that choosing the appropriate niche is key for matches to be made.

To change job titles, countries, and job functions, click the filter icon and change details accordingly. Once finished, click “Apply Filters” and swipe away!
In your profile, you can upload files under the “Portfolio & Files” section. If the file is too large, users will also be able to paste a link under the UR section.
A JobReel is a 30- to 45-second video where job seekers can impress employers with their personality, experience, and accomplishments. There’s no specific format for a JobReel so creativity is highly encouraged!

Joblu filters the candidates and job postings based on inputted requirements. Hence, you will only be able to see employers whose work requirements match your credentials. As such, it’s crucial to update your CV and preferences for more visibility on the app.
