Please speak to the Talent Acquisition team to find out more information. This role is based in Singapore and is part of the Digital team. The Digital team is responsible for delivering wide range of projects, from campaign but not limited to, web and apps. This role is responsible for overseeing projects from inception to delivery alongside the project managers and other stakeholders. You are the go-to person for all incoming briefs for technical advisory and proposing solutions for client briefs. You will also work with local markets in the region and your counterparts in other global offices. You will have oversight on all projects coming out of the Digital team, and you will be responsible for upholding quality delivered from your development team. You appreciate beautifully crafted UIs and experiences and is always ready to push the limits of all digital deliverables in the areas of technology, UX, UI, interaction, and animation. This role is client-facing when required. Responsibilities: Lead discussions to clarify project briefs with PMs, account teams and clients Review scope of work, effort estimation, and timeline alongside project managers. Other offices have specialized capabilities which can support in scoping Understand technical requirements from client’s IT team Define technical requirements and producing technical documentations such as functional specs, use flows and technical diagrams, following requirements set by client processes Ensuring project deliverables comply with both client and Hogarth’s policy Coordinate discussions with other tech teams from other offices Plan projects milestones and resource allocation with the project managers and dev team Familiar with Hogarth Digital’s processes – always staying updated with global teams on dos and don’ts Lead effort in technology research and/or producing conceptual prototypes to support client briefs and creative ideation Clearly discuss and explain solutions to both technical and non-technical teams Take part in hiring process to expand the dev team (when necessary) Review digital deliverables and highlight areas of improvements for future iterations Briefing the project teams (can be onsite or offshore) together with the PM (when necessary) Hands-on when required Qualifications: 4+ years experience in web development Have experience in creative agency and client-facing Strong front-end web development experience (must be able to show past work). Full-stack experience is preferred. Experience scoping for and running complex projects end-to-end. For example, various CMS integrations, client systems integration, cloud services Have produced technical documentations, such as user flows and functional specifications Knowledge in development tools such as Grunt, Vite, Git is already part your daily arsenal Have experience working with client’s IT team Experience in Dynamic Content Optimisation (DCO) is a plus Experience in WebGL, HTML canvas, games, AR/VR implementation is a plus Diversity and Inclusion Hogarth is committed to diversity and inclusion, through our ideas, our people, how we behave and conduct ourselves.
