About The Customer Service Excellence Role In this role, you will be the bridge between customers and internal team. Receiving complaints from customers and escalate the issues to the respective division. Key Responsibilities Monitor customer complaints to define patterns and work to lessen recurring issues Oversee procedures and policies for better handling of customers Escalate the customer complaints to the respective department within the company and follow up on the progress Maintain the relationship to the customers or clients Create weekly and monthly reports to the Director To succeed in this Customer Service Excellence role, you will be a customer-driven person who is able to manage relationship with internal company as well.
