You will be joining a leading cargo transport company who is a One-Stop Logistics Solutions Provider with its headquarter based in Singapore. They provide an integrated, customised and seamless Supply Chain and Logistics Solutions for the Mining, Oil & Gas, Heavy Machinery and Construction Industries in Asia Pacific.




They are currently looking for a qualified Sales Manager to manage and develop sales activities.




Responsibilities




Develop business plans and sales strategies that ensures attainment of company sales targets and profitability
Work closely with internal stakeholders to acquire new business opportunities and accounts.
Manage new and existing customers to deliver a high level of satisfaction
Identify and enlarge targeted customer base and industry
Ensure the complete and timely delivery of freight by attaining knowledge from clients to meet their needs and evaluate shipping instructions, Key Performance Indicators and Standard Operating Procedures.
Preparation and submission of proposals to customers
Serve as the escalation point for unresolved transport issues, objections and claims
Respond and follow-up on customers’ enquiries and requests such as RFIs and RFQs
Ensure timely and accurate invoicing
Discharge all account management responsibilities
Responsible for hunting of new customers and growth areas
Responsible for ensuring high customer satisfaction







Requirements

Min. 3 years in Sales / Business Development / Account Management experiences across freight forwarding / shipping / logistics / supply chain industries.
Strong knowledge in land, sea, and air logistics for hazardous, non-hazardous, simple and complex cargo shipments.
Results-oriented with demonstrable track record of over-achieving sales target.
Good presentation and communication skill







Base Salary range $6,000 to $8,000 / month.
