Job Responsibilities:

Talent Management: understanding the organizational talent management programs, designing same as per business requirement. Discussing and validating the same with Business head and executing the program.
Performance Management: Alignment of performance parameters with organizational guideline. Briefing employees and managers on action. Completion of appraisal process and administering the disbursement of bonus. Guiding business on merit increases and promotion cases proposals.
Employee Engagement: Drive all local and global employee programs for the business. Planning, executing the same. This would include new learning experiences and social value programs, GPTW survey.
Employee Relations: Managing employee life cycle form the moment colleagues are joined, conducting orientations, PIP process, disciplinary process.
HR Analytics: preparing and sharing various reports with Business leaders.




Skills/ Competencies Required

Good Analytical ability, good team player
Ability to influence, convince and persuade
Hands-on proficiency with MS Office; MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Customer Service Orientation
Excellent Spoken and Written Communication Skills




Job Qualification: Full time MBA or PGD in HR from recognized institute.




Location - Mumbai

Experience - 1-5 years

Role - Contract to hire
