We are looking for an ambitious yet creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our rapidly expanding team in Jakarta.




Job Descriptions

Manage the social media platforms for multiple clients
Develop, implement social media strategy for Instagram, Tiktok and Linkedin, after conducting research on platform, communication style and audience
Plan, create, publish and share new contents (images, video and captions) on a daily basis
Create editorial calendar and schedule across social media platforms
Develop social media marketing campaigns, both organic and paid.
Plan campaigns with various community groups, influencers, KOLs and brand champions
Capture and analyze the appropriate social data/metrics, reports & insights to measure the success of every social media campaign
Work with supervisor and photo-videographer to ensure content is informative and appealing




Requirements

At least 1 year experience in handling social media for brands
Have experienced in managing multiple social media accounts
Highly organized in planning and managing day-to-day executions
Creative storyteller, Fluent in English, especially in writing
Have experience making content on TikTok or Instagram Reels.
Familiar with socmed analytics tools and social media platforms, such as Tiktok, Instagram, Linkedin
Placement : Hybrid (Gading Serpong office)
