Nature of role: Full time
Number of years of experience expected: 0-3 Years
Preferred Knowledge of Software’s / Coding Languages:  MS Excel, MS Power BI, Python
Educational qualification expected: Bachelors and/or Masters degree in Economics, Management, Statistics, Mathematics, Accounting and Engineering
Language requirements: Ability to write and speak fluently in English




Key responsibility areas:

Coordinate with clients to understand business problems and develop effective solutions
Design process improvement plans including identification of automation requirements to improve efficiency in operations
Develop business requirement documentation, wireframes and functional specifications for automation requirements
Undertake process automation and application development on no code platforms such as Revolutio and MS Power Platform
Work with clients to identify new business opportunities and write business cases for automation
Collaborate with Project Manager in planning and executing assigned projects
Provide post-implementation support to customers as needed







Other important information:

Work permit requirements: Either Indian Citizen or having valid work permit to work in India
Period of engagement: Full-time position

Written Aptitude test: Yes
Interview: There are expected to be at least 3 rounds of interviews. The number of interview rounds may increase depending on the criticality and seniority of the role involved.
Final discussion on career and compensation: Post final selection, a separate discussion will be set up to discuss compensation and career growth. You are encouraged to seek any clarifications you have during this discussion.

Business intelligence and tools and technologies used to implement analytical solutions
Understanding of no code platforms  
Digital transformation use cases in the Banking and Financial Services industry
Cloud and other emerging technologies in the Financial Services Sector
