Description

Work as a brand POC to ensure focus on input & output metrics.
Prioritize resolution to drive stakeholder experience
Hand hold multiple brands by supporting on inventory inbound
Work with external Ops stake holders to troubleshoot inbound issues
Primary contact for any brand escalation on catalogue / inventory / Ops / payment related issues


Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
2 years of experience in data-driven business operations processes where associates are required to handle large volume of data as part of their daily tasks and take decisions based on analysis of such data
Experience of Business development, Account Management, or of Sales is preferred.
